Items are shipped M-F within 48 hours of your order, unless notified via email of anything different.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Digital products, perishable home products (soap, salts, sprays, etc), and Gift cards.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:
Books or items with obvious signs of use.
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days minus the credit card charge fee and a $5 handling fee.
